The only way to use them is to redeem them before they expire. If you want to redeem them for a flight award but don't have enough, you may purchase additional miles (up to 20k).
Can i somehow use them on a US domestic flight or exchange them for another FF program. Flying RJ on an international flight is not feasible at this time. Or, can i use miles in some other way like make some purchase etc. So, at least i get something out of them? Thanks for your reply.
