This happens to me all the time. I rent a room then I have to go figure out what's wrong with the room (annoying little stuff) like unplugged items (including the clock), burnt out light bulbs, HVAC malfunctions, etc. A pet peeve. Shouldn't this stuff be checked before check-in?
