My annual fee was due. I called Chase & told agent I wanted to cancel card due to elimination of 7% dividend & I was switching spend to Citi Prestige.

Offered 10,000 UR points no spend requirement. I was not expecting any offer so very surprised. Points are currently listed as pending in my account.
