One other issue I had which I didn't remember to ask the airline about is that the airline website gave no place for a middle name even though I have a middle name on my passport. I put the first and middle name in the first box and last name in the last box so it would match my passport.

So if my name is John Gary Doe on the ticket it will say JohnGary Doe. I assume this is fine. In addition, its not an international flight so not sure if it would be such a big deal anyway?
