Legal recourse: Probably not but you may consider consulting with a lawyer in the appropriate jurisdiction and/or the AA/UA forums.

Criminal danger: Assuming they're closing your account either at their discretion or due to a violation of the terms & conditions, that is almost certainly a civil matter and not a criminal one. If there were bigger issues (fraud, stolen CC numbers, chargebacks, etc.) then it's a different situation.
