Possibly small claims court in the USA, I suppose.
That being said... how does one "help family and friends book flights" with UA using AS miles? United is not an Alaska partner, and never has been (Continental was some years ago, but United never was, and the AS/CO relationship ended WELL before AS really started selling miles and manufactured spend was a "thing").
In addition... that's probably pretty close to being an award booking service. How many "family and friends" were you helping? What exactly were you doing? Were you getting anything for your trouble? How were the accounts being funded?
And "family accounts"... so, creating accounts for family members/pets, hmm?
(If you really want to pursue litigation, probably best not to answer those questions.)

It's hard to say without specifics of what you are doing. Generally, no- the airline will simply decide to close the account and boot you out of the program. There are ways you could possibly commit wire fraud through an airline's FFP, though.
