Are there two versions of the 321 layout?

While SeatGuru shows a v1 and a v2, Air Canada's fleet page on its website only shows a single configuration... with row 17 as Preferred.

But I just checked the seat map for my upcoming YYC-YYZ flight on a 321, and (like the OP) it shows 17 as regular Y seating. Whassup?
