If your rental rate included LDW, there should be no charge to you. Just take the damaged vehicle to your company's nearest rental location, and exchange it for another one. (If your car's fuel tank was full at the start of the rental and you did not opt for pre-paid fuel, make sure you fill up the tank before exchanging the vehicle.)

If the exchange location says that a police report is required, you can visit a police station before completing the exchange.
