I don't own any B&R but when I brought a piece of luggage in for repair the other day to the local repair shop I asked the guy what he reccomended. He doesn't sell luggage so it isn't like he gets a kick back. He said B&R is fabulous about warranty work and will repair or replace anything regardless of how it happened (even airline damage). I am seriously considering B&R the next time I need a new rolling piece of luggage.
