As for India i dont think they read scripts. However i dont think BA has given them adequate training add to that some languge issues things "lost in translation" that i think is where the problems lie.
I have heard that for the same money as one person at MAN or NCL BA can hire four people in DEL!
Judging by their hold times, BA probably buys one person in DEL, pockets the difference, and claims they're not doing too well financially
