The 757 is pretty bad in business, at least compared to the A330. With the old US if I was going someplace serviced by the 757 I’d look at connecting in Europe (like PHL-FRA-AMS back in *A days) so I’d get a lay-flat bed and some hope of sleep even if I had to do an economy leg in Europe.
pmAA international 757s do have angle flat seating in business, so while it's not flat to the floor like on the US A330, it's much better than the old recliners... definitely doable on a 6-7 hour flight.
