I booked flights for family for JNB-LHR-YYZ-YYC-LHR-JNB

On the Air Canada PDF ticket it says:-

For flight(s): AC6853,AC869,AC1151
Air Canada baggage rules apply.
1st bag: Complimentary
2nd bag: Complimentary

For flight(s): AC852,SA235
Air Canada baggage rules apply.
1st bag: Complimentary
2nd bag: Complimentary

Max. weight per bag: 23 KG (50 lb) Max. linear dimensions: 158 CM (62 in)

Fare class for AC1151 is S.

Can anyone verify that those rules will be "upheld" during check in - especially on AC1151 between YYZ-YYC?

Seems wierd.
