Guess not many folks use Agoda on FT.

I tried to cancel my reservation and it seems they always want to charge you a $15 cancelation fee. I called and had it waived, but I'd prefer better treatement

I also try not to book more than 1-2 nights since the quality of hotels is def YMMV. Reviews can help you decide if a place is worth it. Once you check-in you don't have many options and you'll see reviews that say "we just left the place and ate the money because it was such a dump." Agoda doesn't seem to care too much about you the customer.

On the plus side its made travel really easy in asia and there are great deals to be had.
