On KLM I have always been able to choose my seat intraeurope but it was always booked as part of a Delta international ticket and I was using GU's and they always cleared on the KLM flights as well so maybe that is why.
Same thing for me. I had no problem selecting seats for a quick hop across the Channel (AMS-NWI) on KLM.
Can it really be the case that KLM and DL IT is better integrated than AF and DL IT?
