If you have a better option for the free nights later on, like a Cat 6 or 7, then stay in the HP. If they would otherwise go to waste, then move over to the HR.

EDIT: If you're enrolled in the 20% point rebate credit card bonus promotion, it might be a better idea to use points regardless of where you stay.
