If you mean 'MCT' when you say 'min', the time in the wiki is expressed in the format 'hmm' so 100 is 1hr00m and not 100 minutes. Since you don't have to clear security (only passport control) 90 minutes should be fine provided your incoming flight is not very late. Should you miss the connection they will put you on the next available flight to FCO.
