Yeah, allegiant will move to Sky Harbor where there's no competition I think they're bluffing. The article only mentions one route where there would be possible competition, SLC-Mesa. If people want to fly into Phoenix from SLC they already have plenty of options, DL, WN, US. If anything Elite would hurt those airlines, not a leisure airline with 2 flights a week. Besides, Elite is operating CRJ200s, I don't think a 50 seater is even going to make a dent in that market.
