$10,000 spend offered 10,000 pts for the $5k. spend asked for AF credit, was told that they don't do that anymore. I asked for a supervisor and she said the same thing. I said she was mistaken but she would not budge. She was very polite but I decided to close the account.
I still like my other Chase cards.
