You can use SQ miles to book on Lufthansa but keep in mind, you will be paying fuel charges.

Or you can fly with Air India and pay no fuel charges.
Available route: IAH-ORD-DEL-COK or IAH-EWR-BOM-COK or IAH-JFK-DEL-COK
