it is Alaska's trick here! They first tell you your account may not be yours please send us your ID, once they see your ID and it matches your account and all you did is points transfer from your own SPG account or BOA card applications, they shut down just becos they say it is their wish. The card is yours but the point is their's. Therefore they can do anything with your points.
