Yes - right next to the 1-stop area - at least the one I passed last week - are a bank of GE machines. Unfortunately NONE of them were working, and I didn't want to wait in the longish 1-stop line, so I went to normal GE and walked through the normal way. The 1-stop lane exits you into a long corridor leading directly to the arrival area. Please note there is no way to get to baggage claim from this line...
