I booked a ticket directly through the China Southern Airlines website. It is 24 hours later and I did not receive a ticket from them via email or any email for that matter, but I see the charge on my credit card. I do not have my order number so I can not check the website. Is this normal for this airline? Will they send the ticket eventually? Do I have to call China to find my ticket?
