When the OP says that the partner's reservation in under the OP's own account, does this mean that it is an award ticket paid with miles from the OP's FF account? Otherwise, I don't know how this could happen unless the OP's FF number has bedn fraudulently attached to the itinerary. [If so, this could cause trouble beyond trying to get some Silver benefits.]
