Since we only had carry-ons I was hoping to use zone 2 boarding. We received zone 5 and the agent had no idea what was even asking about. They sent be back to the line.
I have since contacted the TD via secure message and at first was told to contat Aeroplan, then was told that it is a training issue with Air Canada and finally that I want to take it any further, I should call TD.
Any suggestions? Looks like this is one big mess with empty promises.
Happened to me a while back in YQB. Talked to TD who referred to Aeroplan who told me it was Air Canada's training problem. Wrote Air Canada a polite but firm letter and received a $50 gift card
