Cardmember since 2003.
SPG received recently, with member since 2003.
Card reported to Equifax as being 2015, not as being 2003.

Called Amex to inquire why SPG is listing 15 and not 03. First line support said they are not allowed to discuss credit bureau related matters, that I need to fax Equifax the card and let them do an inquiry with American Express.

How would I go about this? Call Amex again until I find a good spirit that can/wants to do a correction? Send a copy of my card by fax to Equifax requesting an "investigation"?
