I'm not sure I like the direction of the new American. Thankfully only a few more flights this month until I re qualify for ExPlat the on to my delta half of the year. I have noticed very poor customer service from the pmUS side and had many issues with it. GA's refusing to put me on standby for an earlier flight because they didn't know how to do it, or today when they bumped me to coach from paid first due to 2/12 seats being inoperable. I am glad that I started diversifying and am both diamond and ExPlat. I have a feeling it might shift to just diamond and lifetime platinum soon.
