Personally, I would try deleting the Hotels.com cookies from Chrome to see if maybe a stubborn cookie is causing the language problems. This seems to be happening a lot lately with many different errors in Chrome caused by the cookie problems.
Just tonight I had to clear the cookies from a specific website (not all cookies).
To do this, go to...
[1] Settings
[2] Select "Show Advanced Settings" at the bottom
[3] Click on "Content Settings" under Privacy
[4] Click on "All Cookies and Site Data..."
[5] In the search box on the top right of the pop-up, type "hotels" and hit enter
[6] As you hover over any of the Hotels.com cookies, an "X" will appear on the right side. Click the "X" to delete that cookie. Repeat for all Hotels.com cookies shown.
Doing this fixed the problem for me.
You may also needed to clear your browsing data as well...
[1] Settings
[2] Select "Show Advanced Settings" at the bottom
[3] Click on "Clear Browsing Data" under Privacy
[4] Make sure "From the beginning of Time" option is selected in the drop-down.
[5] Click the "Clear Browsing Data" button on the bottom of the pop-up window.
I hope this helps!
