Mexico City - uberX is great, cheap rates and lots of drivers. Can pick up at the airport too.

Rio De Janeiro - cannot pickup from the airport. Only uberBLACK is available, and with the higher rates - Uber is not much cheaper than a regular taxi. I'm not sure why there is no uberX.
