Actually, I do not really like Chocolate. I would take jelly beans over Chocolate any day. Aside from that, I follow Weight Watchers, which has been great in the past. I have lost a lot of weight with them, but now everything is at a stand still. I wonder if maybe I should try something else? I know lifting will turn fat into muscle, but I do not want to weigh what I weigh...even if it is muscle.
