After the 737-200's were retired it was years before mainline returned to ATL-OKC/TUL. Try and understand that if it took a long time for the largest hub (by quite a huge margin) to resume mainline service then it only stands to reason that much smaller hubs like MSP,DTW,SLC will have to get by with regional jets.
