I recently flew out of ORD and the bus is still there and runs from the G concourse gate 17 which is the lower level. This leaves from the gate adjacent to the bus run by British airways and is different from it. It starts around 3.30 PM and i think peak usage is around 5 - 6 PM. Hope this helps.
