Of course they are, but when it comes to onboard product I have either tried them or know people who have tried them or read some reviews on them so know what I am getting. I know alot less about the lounge offerings however.

I know the QR lounge is very highly rated (some say better than CCR) so just wanted to know about the EK lounge as well as EY etc.
