It all depends on what you determine to be the latter phases of the approach. If the cabin crew tried to contact me at 200 feet above the runway I would ignore the call. At 2000 feet I would probably take the call, and may even be calling the cabin, as sometimes happens when they have not made the cabin secure call, ( or maybe they have and I am having a senior moment and need to recheck the cabin secure)

At 200 feet there is very little I can do for someone having a stroke except land but not at the expense of the safety of all the other passengers, and indeed my own pink and wrinkly self. Higher up there are more options.
