I have the same question about the BA 113 leaving LHR at 16.00 (arriving JFK 18.45).
I suppose if you do the sensible thing, and put your watch back 5 hours these timings are good for Lunch followed by Afternoon Tea, but on UK time you'd almost reverse that to having Afternoon Tea shortly after take-off and then Supper/Dinner before arrival. In any event, if we've had lunch and a few sherries in the CCR beforehand, I doubt that we'd be hungry and want 'lunch' straight away. Blimey, talk about 'first world problems'
A few years ago a flight with similar timings to IAD offered Afternoon Tea as the second meal.
I don't know the answer to the OP's question - but a 20.00 departure does rather suggest Dinner/Supper followed by something fairly light pre-arrival. I don't really go for those later flights as it is a devil to stay awake and avoid arriving well rested when you really need to be going to bed/sleep as soon as you get to the hotel in NY.
Hopefully someone will be along later with the full SP.
