While sharklets have been offered for a couple of years on the A318 (announced in 2010 for aircraft in 2013 or later), I don't think Airbus has sold a single A318 with sharklets other than private jets.

Because the BA A318 has winglets, my understanding is that it could be updated with sharklets, unlike some of the older A318s.
