What we women go through sometimes.... Nothing is scarier than being driven around in some strange city with some creepy taxi guy agressively hitting on you. And yes, it has happened to me.

I make sure that I know where the hotel is before I get there by printing out a map and directions, even if I'm taking a cab. If a cab driver is taking a circuitous route or acting inappropriately I get confrontational. A no-nonsense attitude goes a long way. I'll be using the fake phone call technique in the future too - thanks ladies.
