Hilton - unable to eCheck in/choose room

Hi everyone,
Is anyone else experiencing issues with being unable to check in online with hilton? It worked for me until 3 or 4 stays ago. I've called them 4 times about it and talked to someone supposedly in the internet department this morning who said there was a known issue and that it was hit and miss. ETA of a fix was hopefully before the end of the week.
I called the hotel I'm staying in tomorrow and asked the clerk if anyone had reported any issues with eCheck in and she said she had not heard any. So I'm asking you guys.
