What is the point of having several suites/rooms to choose from if the hotel can ignore your pick and place you in a (often small) jr suite instead of the real suite you wanted (or even needed)? I for one would submit a customer complaint in this case. You a have confirmation from 5 days out giving you a spesific suite/room - so then you should get this.
