I spoke to the General Manager of the hotel for 5 minutes. I was told there was nothing they could do and that my SNA would NOT be refunded. There were no other rooms available in the hotel. I've been a SPG Platinum for many years. Not a rookie here. Making a scene is different then stating your case. Pretty sure I'm zero percent of the problem.
