I am always shocked to find colleagues who don't sign up for a FF program, don't follow the rule changes and don't bother to spend a few minutes browsing FT to find out how to maximize the investment of their time and resources -on the ground, in the air. wherever. silly vs uncaring vs uninformed vs lazy- take your pick.
