Definitely not. I have been in cases where I also had two go around's in a row (which is indeed far more impressive than one) and ended up being "third time lucky". I would imagine that the captain would be more likely to be scrutinised afterward in such cases though (on one of the two flights where it happened to me, one of the crew members could not help commenting: "he'll have done them all today!" which made me really wonder how the rest of the flying day had been. Probably not very good...)
