I don't think that a pint of ordinary milk (of whatever fatness) qualifies as baby food / milk.

I believe it means cartons of pre mixed baby milk such as Farleys and SMA etc or a bottle you have pre-pared of the same.

Op could take powdered milk and ask lounge and on board staff for hot water etc.
