The only airport I've seen a nail salon was in DFW. I'm hoping others will catch on too. If anyone has seen others, I'd love to know...especially when the delays are such that your nails can actually be already dried by the time you are ready to board.

I'm not sure what I can add because the comments I've read here have been terrific. When I travel I only take carry-on luggage so I don't waste time waiting for my luggage at the carousel. I don't want to be a target. Whenever I check into a hotel, I request a room to be above the first floor and situated by the elevator. Often I ask when I make the reservation but sometimes this does not do the trick. Lastly, I travel in comfortable walking shoes (never new ones) because you never know how long you may be on your feet.
