I also went by a Best Buy Mobile store in a mall and they had the iSC480 while an actual Best Buy store had not been upgraded yet, lmao.
It wasn't a setup issue. It's more like how the cashier at Subway has to push Credit on the POS to turn on their Verifone PIN pad. I went to another place with Clover recently though and the FD40 eventually turned on on its own but it took a while.
Also, here's
a Japanese guy reviewing Apple Pay. He apparently went to the US and got a US bank account for it. That's dedication right there.
