In all cases my rooms have been very comfortable to rest and sleep in, and the service from the front desk as well as the bar in McCoy's have been excellent.
Since you mentioned the bar. My experience with the lobby bar is hit or miss. I have had some non-existent service there at times. Everywhere else in the hotel is good, but the lobby bar tends to get the slackers from my experience.
