I've flown Wings Abadi a handful of times so not a great deal of experience, and always on one route SUB-DPS - but they pretty awful with punctuality.
They have an awesome looking schedule for that route with flights starting from early in the morning till the evening. I can't remember the numbers but it went like IW1802-1804-1806 till the 1830's.
I remember I always booked on the early 1802 or 1804 but they never once ran the entire schedule. They'd cancel due to poor loads and consolidate and I would kept being rebooked and moved back. Finally I'd always end up going on the 1820's or 1830's and be 6-7 hours late.
Beware the "frequencies" with IW - it means squat. Pay for GA.
