Just out of curiosity, which debit card did you use that doesn't have a foreign transaction fee and was correctly recognized by Norwegian as debit?

I wonder which card is best to use on Norwegian for US citizens. I wish I could get their credit card since I do fly them often but it looks like it's only available to EU citizens.
