If the Lav is directly in front of 1A/1D then you're on a 763. There is still a closet between the seat and the lav, so you're pretty well isolated from noise/light from the lav. Also, 1A/1D on the 763 are set farther back from the galley than on the 764, so not as much of an issue with galley light/noise (1A will be slightly quieter than 1D).
It says 767 in my Delta App and in this blog it seems to be the chosen bird for flight DL146/147. I think I'll go with 1A for now.
