Play nice. At a minimum, ask the travel coordinator to allow you to review the flights before they are ticketed. Hard to plead your case after it's already been done, although corporate agencies can usually void within the 7 day ARC window, if done sparingly.

You are going to be fighting an uphill battle at most companies if you are a low-level employee and are asking for anything other than the lowest published fare inclusive of corporate fare arrangements.
