I have my admin book travel for me sometimes. If I'm very busy, I'll just tell her the dates, times, cities, preferred hotels and she books it, as she knows my preferences after 8 years. If she has questions, she gets back to me with a lot of detail. I like that about her. And if I really don't like it, we always have 24 hours to cancel without penalty.

Also, it's company policy that all international (outside North America, really) travel must be booked by calling into our travel agency (can't be done online for some reason). In those cases, again, I give her the details of what I need, sometimes specific flights that I've already researched, and have her call. No way am I going to spend 20+ minutes on the phone with a corporate travel agent to book a flight if I can help it.
